Shipping Information
Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and handling for your TCG Marketplace orders.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
Orders placed directly through the TCG Marketplace storefront qualify for free standard shipping on orders totaling $50 or more before taxes.
Storefront Orders
Standard Shipping
5–7 business days. Free on orders over $50; otherwise a flat rate of $4.99.
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days for $9.99. Available for domestic orders only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Marketplace & Auction Orders
Marketplace listings and auction items are shipped by the individual seller. Shipping cost and method are set by the seller at the time of listing. Sellers may choose to offer free shipping or charge the buyer a shipping fee.
Sellers are required to ship items within 3 business days of receiving the order and provide a valid tracking number. All payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt.
Trade Shipments
For trades, both parties are responsible for shipping their own cards. We recommend using tracked shipping and packaging cards with appropriate protection (top loaders, bubble mailers, etc.).
TCG Marketplace does not charge any fees on trades, and shipping costs are borne by each respective sender.
Packaging & Card Protection
All cards shipped from TCG Marketplace are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit:
- •Individual cards are placed in penny sleeves and top loaders
- •Sealed products are bubble-wrapped for protection
- •Shipments are placed in rigid mailers or boxes with sufficient padding
We encourage all marketplace sellers to follow these same packaging standards to ensure buyers receive cards in the condition described.
Important Notes
- • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
- • TCG Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after a package has been dispatched.
- • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team immediately.
- • International shipping is not currently available.
